You are 2 minutes from Bennett Valley Golf Course, 5 minutes from Whole Foods, 15 minutes from Graton Casino, 20 minutes from the town of Sonoma, 30 minutes from Calistoga, and only 1 hour drive from San Francisco. But you will feel miles away from everything. While there is no public transportation serving the property, guests will enjoy easy access to Hwy 101 to San Francisco and Bennett Valley Road connecting you to the rest of Sonoma. Extensive outdoor lighting makes the property come alive at night highlighting the barns and oak trees surrounding the house as well as the pathway leading to a dock overlooking the pond. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as a separate studio with ensuite bathroom in addition to the 2 bedrooms sharing one bath.
